Will it take longer to ship orders with more than 1 outfit?
It depends on which outfit you’re ordering. In most cases outfits are delivered within 2-3 weeks.

Can I make changes in my order after placing it?
Changes can be made within 6 hours. However exceptions can be made in special cases if possible. Contact us by e-mail or by phone ASA you realize you need something different. There can be no color changes but you can make changes to your measurements within 1 week.

Can I suggest changes to an outfit?
Sure! Whatever dress you choose to order we’ll let you customize it all the way from top to bottom! Feel free to contact the designer at any time with suggestions.

Is it safe to pay online?
Yes, it’s absolutely safe! We guarantee security of all type of information submitted on our website and our payment processor (2checkout.com). We have 256 Bit SSL encryption. Only limited full time staff members are authorized to access your profile information. However credit card information is not disclosed to any one at Fashion Veer since you pay directly on our payment processors website.

Once you place the order, it may stay pending for next 6 hours. During this time we’ll review your account and confirm the payment. Once this is done, you’ll start receiving updates about your order through our automatic email triggers.
